To Whom It May Concern:

Please do not allow anyone to write articles that describe sexual activities in the explicit manner that is being done in your sex blogs on your State Press Magazine Internet services and also remove those that are there. The site which is on the State Press Magazine at www.spmsex.blogspot.com encourages young people to engage in sexual activities even listing the years the writer had early sex. Nikki Todorow wrote of early sex at ages 16 and 17 (articles dated August 22, 2007 and November 14, 2007 which are still listed on the blog). Please remove these sex blogs.

Young people can find and read these blogs!

Report Indecency on the Radio and TV!
Your Complaint should include:

n The program name (or product advertised);

n The time it aired; and

n The station call letters. (At present the FCC only enforces between 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.)

n A tape, transcript or detailed written description (from memory) of the content (the vulgarity, sex talk or action);

n To report online go to www.obscenitycrimes.org

Just because the FCC only enforces in the early hours doesn’t mean you should not complain if you see something inappropriate. Complaints are the “squeak” that gets the attention of the FCC!
